Staging turns
"for sale"
into
SOLD.
Staging is the art of making
a home look its best -
before it is put on the market.
The fact of the matter is: staged homes sell
faster and at higher prices than their
non-staged competitors.
Stagers know how to select decor that enhances the overall impact of a space.
In this living room, we swap the renter's furniture for a living room set that helps to simplify the space, add color, and create a definitive style that coordinates with the modern gray wall color and bamboo flooring.
This bedroom appears twice the size
after we switch out the mismatched beds. Removing the floor rug also helps to
visually expand the space.
Stagers create comfortable and inviting living spaces that leave little to a buyer's imagination.
Before staging, this room shows little potential.
A simple re-purposing turns this unused office store-room into the perfect guest or teen bedroom.
Stagers create an "ambience"
that makes buyers want to linger longer -
and the longer they linger, the better.
Vacant homes can be a tough sell - especially if there is nowhere to sit down! Adding furniture creates scale and perspective, and helps buyers understand which of their own things will fit and how they can be arranged.
Stagers guide sellers
through the process of decluttering, depersonalizing, and packing.
Nothing makes a bigger impact than cleaning and decluttering. Removing unnecessary items from the counters lets buyers appreciate the granite
and the tumbled marble backsplash.

These homeowners already owned the bed, blue pillows and the round table. Because the table is black and a bit heavy looking, we covered it with a simple tablecloth for a touch of glamour. Then we added an inexpensive bedspread (from Target - $20!) and some art and a lamp to tie it all together, and voila! Instant guest room!
