Home Staging

If you are selling your home, you have probably heard of home staging.  Simply speaking, staging is the practice of giving your home the necessary touches so that it appeals to buyers and rises up over the competition. How exactly is this achieved? We conduct a staging consultation to determine specific changes and challenges pertinent to your home - and then we create an easy, manageable and affordable plan to make your home shine. It's up to you whether you take our recommedations and implement them yourself, or enlist us to work with you to get our punch list done.  Either way, our goal is to highlight  your home's most attractive features, create inviting living areas, and spruce all spaces that a potential buyer might peek into - so that your buyers will always have your home at the top of their list.

Model Home Merchandising

This premiere service is ideal for the real estate broker, developer, or builder who requires assistance in staging and decorating model home units or vacant properties.  We specialize in pulling together furniture collections, lighting, textiles and bedding, and art and accessories in order to visually present the lifestyle that is associated with each property.  As trained decorators, we understand how to match furnishings to a home's architectural style and inherent personality - thereby enhancing each home's image and overall impression.  The resounding benefit to model home merchandising is the ability to give buyers an immediate sense of how life would be in their new home. If they can see it, they can imagine it.

Room  Makeovers / Redesign

If you are ready for a change to your space,  but you're not ready to purchase a whole new room full of furnishings, then a redesign might just what you are looking for!  Redesigns are room "makeovers" - a brand new look without having to start all over.  Redesign is our specialty service and is the most satisfying of all - in a matter of hours, we can give you a whole new room. Really! Here's how:  Before our visit to your home, we determine your goals for the room redesign - how you need your room to function, and how you want your room to feel.  When we arrive to complete the "makeover,"  it only takes us a few hours to "spruce" your space. Decorating Consultation

We get so many calls for decorating consultations because our clients are looking to make changes to their space and desire the help of a trained "decorator's eye" to provide guidance in making sense of the sometimes overwhelming array of choices.  Whether you need ideas for sofas or bedding,  window treatments or flooring,  throw pillows or art, backsplashes or office areas - our decorating consultation will guide you in making decisions about your room that fit your ideal and meet your budget.

Color Consultation

There are over 2000 color possibilities in one Benjamin Moore fan deck alone - so how are you ever to decide? If you're as confused as most, we can help.  Let us help you sort out your options with a paint color consultation.  Our first step is to determine what colors are most appealing to you - and then we work together to devise a color palette for the room based on your preferences and possessions.  We can help make sense of such things as undertones and trim colors, and give you with ideas for what to do about open concept floorplans or blending furnishings and surfaces with a unifying color.  We also do exterior home consultations - that's right, the outside counts too! And in each of our consultations, we will provide you with large color samples to help you nail down just the right shade - inside or out!

Personal Shopping

The perfect lamp is out there somewhere. The vase that would look great on your entryway table is just waiting to be found. But you don't have the time or the inclination to hunt for just the right thing. So you ask us to do some personal shopping for you. We go, armed with your wish list, and strive to make budget decorating choices that fit your needs. And depending upon where we end up, we even can pass on some of our industry discounts to you!

Pack & Purge or Unpack & Place

You are moving or downsizing and you know you can't take it all with you. We can help you pack and purge. You'll arrive at your new destination with everything you need and nothing you don't.  And if you get to a new place and you're just not sure where it all should go? Then you call us to unpack and place your things. Take the guesswork out of where things belong - let us do it for you.

A word about our pricing....

Depending on the service, we charge either hourly or request a flat fee.  While most services are charged an hourly rate, we do offer package pricing options for longer term projects -  often a more affordable option for our clients.
